PSV Eindhoven winger Balázs Dzsudzsák is interesting Liverpool and Tottenham.
Both English giants had scouts in the stands for PSV's clash with FC Utrecht on the weekend.
Dutch sources say winger Dzsudzsák was among the targets being watched by the representatives from Liverpool and Spurs.
The midfielder has also been a long-term target for Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger.
