Liverpool to unveil €10M-a-year Klopp tomorrow morning if these 2 points agreed...

Liverpool have slated a mid-morning media conference to introduce new manager Jurgen Klopp to the world on Friday.

However, the deal with the former Borussia Dortmund coach is not yet over the line.

A three-year contract offer has been accepted by Klopp, but his agent, Marc Kosicke, will be locked in talks with Reds officials today to smooth over two major points of difference.

Liverpool, for now, are insisting Klopp accept working with the existing backroom team of Gary McAllister and Sean O'Driscoll. But the German is insistent that his trusted, long-time No2, Zeljko Buvac, join him. The pair have known eachother since 1992.

Klopp will also have Kosicke today pushing Liverpool to draw up a contract for Peter Krawietz, an expert video analyst.

Meanwhile, contrary to UK reports, German sources insist Klopp is unhappy with the prospect of working with Liverpool's infamous transfer committee. The German always had final say on transfers at BVB and is seeking a guarantee the same will occur at Melwood.

Despite the differences, there is a confidence that Klopp will be at Anfield on Friday for his 10am unveiling.

His three-year contract is worth a mooted €10 million-a-season, plus bonuses.
