Manchester United are yet to close a deal for Ajax defender Timothy Fosu Mensah.

The 16 year-old Dutch prospect was at Carrington on Friday to undergo a medical with United.

However, no deal has been rubberstamped, with Ajax insisting on at least €300,000 in compensation to release Fosu Mensah.

The defender is also interesting Inter Milan. However, it's understood he wants to pursue his career in England, where along with United, Manchester City are also keen.
