Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez can add to his transfer kitty by selling Ryan Babel.

The Sun says Benitez's bid for a top-four spot got a boost when he was told he can spend the cash from any sale of Dutch ace Babel this month.

But his major splash will still be in the summer when he is confident of seeing off Arsenal to land Bordeaux striker Marouane Chamakh.
