Udinese centre-half Cristian Zapata is being linked with a summer move to either Liverpool or Bayern Munich and to a lesser extent Arsenal.
The 24-year old Colombian has admitted that he is likely to leave the Stadio Friuli during the current transfer window and says that Anfield is his destination of preference despite interest from the Gunners.
"I have some options," Zapata told Colombian radio station La FM.
"Bayern Munich and Liverpool are two real possibilities for me. We are pretty close to those clubs and those are my options and I hope they come true.
"I haven't heard much from Arsenal, that possibility seems to be at a standstill at the moment. The Liverpool option is the most serious one."
