Genoa goalkeeper Mattia Perin says he's happy where he is.

Perin has been linked with Liverpool.

"Genoa is my home, for me it's like being in Latina," Perin explained, comparing the port city to his home town.

"I've been at this club for seven years now. Another team? I'm not thinking about it, when you're in a good place you don't think about anything else.

"I can't say I'll stay here for life, but this is my home and at the moment I don't see myself in another place.

"For me, the future is the League campaign I'm contesting with Genoa. No-one would have expected this, we're having a great season and we want to continue as we have been."
