AS Monaco have not named Thomas Lemar in their squad for today's clash with Marseille.

The Daily Star says Lemar has not been included in Monaco's squad to face Marseille.

The France international has been heavily linked with a switch to Anfield following Philippe Coutinho's move to Barcelona earlier this month.

The 22-year-old was reportedly rested for his side's midweek cup defeat to Lyon in order to be fresh for this afternoon's crucial Ligue 1 clash.

But the Monaco website lists Lemar as being out with a bruised thigh.

Lemar's absence from the squad has sparked rumours that the winger is set to sign for Liverpool before Wednesday's transfer deadline.
