Liverpool have taken Portsmouth youngster Sam Magri on trial.
The 17-year old defender has been heavily linked with a move to Anfield and today he confirmed on Twitter that the rumours regarding his trial with the Reds were true.
"Just to put everything to bed. Its true in what everyone is saying involving me," he wrote.
Magri is an England youth international who played in the U17 World Cup in Mexico last summer.
