RB Leipzig owner Dietrich Mateschitz has confirmed they've fielded a massive new bid from Liverpool for Naby Keita.
Having had a £57million bid rejected two weeks ago, it has been reported in Germany that Leipzig have now turned away an offer of £66million for Keita.
However, the Daily Mail says Leipzig have conveyed their frustration to Liverpool and told Anfield officials that the 22-year-old is not for sale at any price.
Keita, however, wants to move to Liverpool and if he is to fulfil his ambition, it would have to be through taking matters into his own hands and asks to leave. Whether he does that, though, remains to be seen.
Klopp is prepared to obliterate Liverpool's transfer record to land Keita – the latest offer is almost double the £36million they paid to Roma for Mohamed Salah – and is adamant the energetic midfielder would transform his side's play.
