Liverpool co-owner Tom Hicks says there's no chance of him buying Italian giants Roma.
The American billionaire told Il Messaggero: "I am not the Mr X that is interested in buying Roma. Regulations prevent me from owning two clubs that participate in the same Cup competition (Champions League)."
