Liverpool striker Dominic Solanke has revealed that he idolised Chelsea icon Didier Drogba.
He said: "My idol was Didier Drogba when I was younger, when I was at Chelsea he was the main man, so I looked up to him."
The 20-year-old Solanke is a youth product of Chelsea and ended up leaving the club during the summer to join Liverpool.
He impressed many during the Fifa U-20 World Cup which was held in South Korea during the summer and ended up helping England win the tournament after scoring four goals and winning the golden boot award for best player.
Solanke has so far made 10 appearances in all competitions for Liverpool this season and has yet to find the back of the net.
He received his first call-up to the England national team senior side for their friendly international against Brazil on Tuesday and could be in line to make his senior international debut during the game.
