David Ngog admits he's delighted with his first team chances at Liverpool this season.

He has netted six goals so far including a memorable Kop end strike against Manchester United.

"I enjoy the challenge because this is what I want, to play and score goals for Liverpool," Ngog told Liverpoolfc.tv. "I want to take the responsibility and show what I can do for the team.

"It gives me a really good feeling when I score goals for Liverpool and I want to get many more. It's great to be able to share it with my teammates.

"Liverpool is one of the best teams in Europe so to score goals for them makes me happy."
