Andy Carroll says Liverpool teammate Luis Suarez is the best in the Premier League.

Suarez was the difference in the win at West Bromwich Albion.

Carroll said: "I couldn't name anyone else as the best player in the Premier League. Luis is fantastic."

Liverpool's two megabucks signings have rarely played together but Carroll loves having £24m Suarez alongside him.

The big Geordie, 22, added: "Luis works hard for the team so it is nice to have him up top with me - it makes it a lot easier. He makes chances and can score goals. He is a great player.

"He can drop off, dribble and slip people in."
