Liverpool striker Andy Carroll feels their defeat to Bolton Wanderers has now been forgotten.
Carroll believes the last few days have been the perfect tonic after a frustrating defeat at Bolton just over a week ago which prompted an angry response from Kenny Dalglish.
"We did that against Man City and then with Man Utd coming here all the lads were buzzing and I think it showed that everyone was up for it. I've never played in a Cup final before so going to Wembley with Liverpool will be great.
"To get to Wembley in midweek and then beat Man Utd, it's a great feeling. We've had two great wins back to back and now we need to carry that form on to Wolves on Tuesday night and then to Tottenham next week."The striker told liverpoolfc.tv: "It was disappointing against Bolton and we needed to put that right.
