Andy Carroll has full belief in the Liverpool squad being able to cope without experienced stars Steven Gerrard and Jamie Carragher.
Both Gerrard and Carragher are sidelined with an ankle infection and calf injury respectively but striker Carroll says that the rest of the Reds players have the quality to cover for them in their absence.
"It was tough not having Stevie or Carra in the squad," said Carroll.
"They are great players and we need them in the team once they've got over their little niggles.
"But we have fantastic players that can come in. The game (2-0 win at West Brom) showed we've got lads who can step in when needed and do a job.
"We showed what we can do. We passed it around well and deserved the three points."
