Liverpool youngster Brooks Lennon has re-joined his former club Real Salt Lake on a loan deal.

The 19-year-old joined the Reds from the MLS side in April 2015, and will now play for his former club for the 2017 MLS season.

Lennon had scored two goals in 12 appearances for the Liverpool U23 side this season.

"I'm really happy to be back for this year," Lennon said.

"I think it's going to be a good year with a good group of guys. I'm excited and I think this group can go far."
