Liverpool face a battle to land Hull City fullback Josh Tymon.

ESPN says Liverpool are among a group of clubs chasing a deal for Tymon.

The 18-year-old full back is an England under-20 international and is on the radar of Stoke, Watford and Aston Villa as well as Liverpool.

He made 12 appearances for Hull last season and Liverpool are considering a move for the left back.

He is yet to agree a pro contract at Hull so would only cost compensation.
