Liverpool are hoping to push through a late deal for Dnipro winger Yevhen Konoplyanka.
The Ukraine international is reportedly having a medical in his homeland ahead of a proposed £15million move to Anfield.
However, Dnipro president Ihor Kolomoyskyi is not keen to offload his star player.
"The player was happy with the move but there is no agreement between the clubs," Konoplyanka's agent Wilmer Cabrera told Sportsmail.
"Ihor Kolomoyskyi doesn't want to sell the player. I don't think it's a question about money, Mr Kolomoyskyi has money enough. I don't think there are going to be any changes."
