Darren Bent wants first team guarantees from suitors Liverpool and Tottenham.
Charlton Athletic striker Bent last week proved he is not motivated by money when he turned down a £75,000-a-week, five-year deal at West Ham after the two clubs had agreed a £17million fee.
The Mirror says Bent's representatives are believed to have made it clear the marksman is keen to go to the European Championship next summer and will join the club that gives him the best chance to be an England regular.
