Ibrahim Afellay is prepared to leave Barcelona for the Premier League. The midfielder has rejected a £7 million move to Lille in recent days.
However, Voetbalzone says Afellay wouldn't turn his nose up at an offer from England or Italy.
Liverpool and Tottenham have been linked with the Holland international.
