Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard admits England boss Fabio Capello has an "aura" about him.
"When the manager comes into a room, there is an aura about him. He has presence, he has the ability to command respect from everyone, and I honestly think every single player has bought into his vision," the midfielder explained.
"When he took over we had gone through a really bad period, but he has instilled a belief through the idea of being a team together.
"There is no room for stars in Capello's vision. He's a hard man but it is because he wants everybody pulling together in the same direction for the good of the team and the country.
"He's like Rafa Benitez in that he has fantastic ideas, and knows how to get them across. Players aren't stupid, they know what is good for them, and they know this is a manager that can help us deliver what we all really want."
