Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard has hailed the impact of manager Brendan Rodgers since his arrival.
Gerrard says his commitment to playing the right way is starting to pay dividends.
Speaking to ESPNFC, Gerrard said: "It's a huge job at Liverpool -- it's a huge club -- and he came in with little experience, but I think he has done a wonderful job.
"Most important, he has changed the way we play to pass the ball out of the back.
"He doesn't have a Plan B. Unlike previous managers, Brendan wants perfection with Plan A."
