Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard has slammed UEFA over the ticket fiasco leading up to this season's Champions League final in Athens.
Gerro led the backlash against Europe's governing body after their spokesman William Gaillard branded Anfield fans the most troublesome under their jurisdiction.
Huyton-born Gerrard reflected on eight years as a firm favourite among Liverpool followers and said: "It upsets me, because we have travelled everywhere together and their behaviour has been fantastic.
"I had friends and family at the final and their opinion was that the organisation was not good enough. The European Cup final has got to be in a bigger stadium with better organisation."
