Liverpool signing Jordan Henderson says a tough England debut last season didn't dent his confidence.
He endured a difficult debut in November's friendly defeat against France and has not been back in the squad since.
He insisted that had not knocked his confidence, saying: "You've got to deal with stuff like that if you're going to be a footballer and play at a high level.
"You've got to deal with the pressures that come with it.
"People have different opinions and you've just got to get on with it and make sure you're confident and keep playing the way you normally do."
