Liverpool are closing in on FS Ashdod young gun Michael Ohana.
The 18-year old attacking midfielder has been on trial with the Reds with reports suggesting that he will soon put pen to a contract.
The Express suggests that Israel U19 international Ohana will then link up with Liverpool's development squad after Brendan Rodgers make him their ninth signing of the summer.
The highly-rated Ohana has made nine first team appearances for Ashdod and has been compared to former Reds midfielder Yossi Benayoun.
