Liverpool have confirmed defender Miki Roque has joined Spanish Segunda Liga Xerez on-loan for the season.
The 19-year-old has been on Merseyside since signing from Lleida in 2005.
He was part of the 2006 FA Youth Cup winning team, scoring in the final against Manchester City.
