Liverpool will appeal to FIFA to allow Luis Suarez to continue to train with them during his four month ban.
The Sunday Express says the Reds are launching a plea to FIFA to adjust their punishment.
Suarez has been suspended for four months from all football related activities in addition to a nine match ban involving Uruguay internationals in the aftermath of his bite on Italian defender Giorgio Chiellini.
If that is upheld - with the Uruguayan FA and Liverpool planning appeals - then it means the 27-year-old striker wouldn't be allowed to enter Melwood, Liverpool's training ground, until the end of October, missing at least 13 games.
