PSV Eindhoven have slapped a £12 million price-tag on 17 year-old striker Jurgen Locadia.
Dutch sources say a Liverpool delegation was represented at PSV's clash with Willem II to see Locadia in action.
PSV chief Marcel Brands is well aware of Liverpool's interest and will only sell for crazy money.
