Luis Suarez has escaped punishment for an alleged punch to the face on Gonzalo Jara in March.
Whilst playing for Uruguay, the Liverpool ace appeared to punch the Chile defender in the side of the face during a World Cup qualifier on March 26.
However, FIFA have decided not to sanction the man who is already serving a 10-match Football Association ban for biting the arm of Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic.
"The president of the Disciplinary Commission of FIFA has decided that this matter does not require the intervention of the Disciplinary Commission of FIFA and therefore, this procedure is now closed," the statement read.
"We beg you to extend this communication to the player Luis Suarez as soon as possible and we thank you for your invaluable collaboration."
