Liverpool star Dirk Kuyt was amongst the goals as Holland cruised to a 3-1 win over Austria in Eindhoven on Wednesday night.
The Oranje's leading man, Wesley Sneijder, scored his 21st international goal in the 29th minute when he tapped home a Theo Janssen pass from the six-yard box before Barceliona recruit Ibrahim Afellay made it 2-0 four minutes into the second half with a header from close range.
Bert van Marwijk's Dutch side swept to a 3-0 lead when Kuyt stepped up to convert from the spot for his n18th international goal after Florian Klein handled in the area.
Austria hit back when Holland's Peter Wisgerhof fouled Sebastian Prodl in the area, allowing Werder Bremen's Marko Arnautovic to slot home from the penalty spot but it was no more than a consolation goal for the visitors.
