England captain Steven Gerrard has implored his teammates to produce two professional displays in World Cup qualifiers over the weekend.
The Three Lions take on Moldova at Wembley on Friday before Tuesday's trip to Kiev to face Ukraine in a game which could put them in a very strong position to book a place at Brazil 2014.
Gerrard feels it is important for the team to come away with a pair of victories which he thinks will lift the spirits of the English public.
"If we show the same attitude and professionalism we did when we went away from home then we could be comfortable on Friday," he said.
"It's a big week and we need as many points as possible. I think Ukraine's a very exciting game. These are the tests you want. I think we can lift the country if we put in two good performances this week."
