Liverpool goalkeeper Dean Bouzanis has extended his stay with League Two club Accrington Stanley.
The 19-year old Australian joined Stanley in late November and has been impressive in his 12 league appearances, prompting manager John Coleman to ask Liverpool to have him until the end of the season.
The likelihood of regular playing time for the remainder of the season gives Bouzanis the opportunity to press his claims for World Cup selection as third-choice keeper for the Socceroos.
Bouzanis joined Liverpool in 2007 as a youth academy player and has represented Australia at U17, U20 and U23 level as well as Greece at U19 level.
