Arsenal face competition from Liverpool for Southampton star Morgan Schneiderlin.
The Daily Star says the Gunners, who were interested in Schneiderlin in January but were priced out of deal, are ready to follow up their winter transfer window interest with a £12m bid this summer.
And it's understood Liverpool are keen to see both Dejan Lovren and his 24-year-old French team-mate make the switch from St Mary's to Anfield for the 2014/15 campaign.
Schneiderlin has been one of Mauricio Pochettino's key men for Saints, who recently admitted a summer move to a top club would be hard to turn his back on.
