Liverpool reserves boss Gary Ablett was delighted to see Damien Plessis make his Premiership debut in Saturday's 1-1 draw at Arsenal.
"We achieved that but until we get someone in on a regular basis then we wouldn't be happy and we hope Damien is the first of many.
"I think the way we played over the course of the season bodes well and we are hoping three or four of them can go on and make an impression on Rafa's squad.
"It's a difficult job to do, but as a group of young players it's nice for them to have achieved something."
