Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers' son has been cleared of sex charges involving a teenage girl.
The Old Bailey has found 20-year old Anton and three others not guilty of sexual assault and voyeurism leaving Reds boss Rodgers extremely relieved.
"The last 18 months have been extremely traumatic for us as a family, but we are relieved that Anton's name has been cleared," said Rodgers.
"I am also pleased for the other defendants and their families, that they can now get on with living their lives without these hurtful allegations hanging over them."
Rodgers Junior, who has since been released by Brighton & Hove Albion, was alleged to have joined current Seagulls pair Lewis Dunk and George Barker and Bournemouth's Steve Cook in sexually assaulting a woman in a hotel following a local cup victory back in 2011 but all men have been cleared of the incident.
