Liverpool have recalled winger Aaron Hammill from his loan at Blackpool.

"I would like to thank everyone at Blackpool and the fans for their support during my loan spell," Hammill told skysports.com. "It's a great club with a good group of players and I really enjoyed my time there.

"I signed a new contract with Liverpool in the summer and I will see what they want to do next with me.

"If they wanted to loan me out again I would always be interested in a return to Bloomfield Road in the future."
