Liverpool are being linked with Benfica striker Nolito.

The Daily Express says Nolito, who arrived at Benfica from Barcelona on a free, is short on confidence and struggling for form having failed to become a first-team regular.

Brendan Rodgers intends to be active in the transfer window, and a forward is high on his list of priorities as he intends to support talisman Luis Suarez.

Benfica may be happy to part company with the player if the price is right.
