Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain are keen on PSV Eindhoven ace Memphis Depay according to reports.

De Telegraaf suggests that both the Reds and PSG have made their interest known to PSV after it was suggested Manchester United had lodged an enquiry.

PSV technical director Marcel Brands has revealed that United are showing significant interest while PSG's curiosity is now confirmed.

It is also believed that Liverpool have been 'authorized to negotiate' with Depay's agent for the 21-year old Holland international who PSV value at around £25million.
