Liverpool are set to launch an enormous bid for Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak.
The Reds are on the hunt for a new goalkeeper following Loris Karius' calamitous performance in the Champions League final loss to Real Madrid.
Stoke City's Jack Butland, Roma star Alisson Becker and Chelsea shot-stopper Thibaut Courtois have all been touted as potential replacements for the German.
But according to Spanish publication Don Balon, Liverpool are prepared to offer £79m for Oblak.
The Slovenian currently has a release clause of £87m, but Liverpool are confident Atletico will accept their offer.
If the deal is completed, it will obliterate the current record fee for a goalkeeper, which is currently held by City when they paid Benfica £34.7m for Ederson.
