Liverpool are chasing QPR striker Loic Remy. The Daily Star Sunday says QPR face losing France striker Remy, their £8m January signing from Marseille, if they are relegated.
That has alerted Liverpool, who would join Arsenal and Newcastle in the chase for Remy, 26.
The frontman would give Liverpool options in attack and would also be an insurance policy in the event that the coveted Luis Suarez leaves Anfield at the end of the season.
