Liverpool powerbrokers to touch down on Merseyside to make manager appointment

Liverpool owners will be on Merseyside this week to finalise their managerial appointment.

The Daily Mail says Liverpool's owners are set to fly into Merseyside to oversee their search for a new manager.

FSG want to implement a new structure at Anfield with Louis van Gaal expected to become the club's Sporting Director. He held discussions with Managing Director Ian Ayre last week in Portugal.
