Liverpool are reportedly looking to hijack Arsenal's pursuit of Alexandre Lacazette.
French publication Le 10 Sport is reporting that Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is keen on the Lyon striker and could make a move for him once Christian Benteke is sold.
Crystal Palace are interested in signing the Belgian for £31.5million and if that transfer comes to fruition, the Anfield outfit will go after Lacazette.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has held talks with the 25-year-old and his representatives and is prepared to offer £34.2m that will activate his release clause, according to The Telegraph.
However, the Gunners could receive competition from Liverpool who are weighing up the potential pursuit of the prolific goalscorer.
