Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing Borussia Dortmund ace Marco Reus as a replacement for Raheem Sterling.
Metro is reporting Liverpool will use the cash they pocket from Sterling's proposed £49million transfer to Manchester City to prepare a £46million bid for Reus.
Reus signed a new contract with Dortmund recently, but it is understood the Bundesliga outfit would be willing to part ways with the 26-year-old for the right price.
It is believed that Liverpool will table and official offer for Reus once the funds from the Sterling transfer have cleared.
