Philippe Coutinho will miss Brazil's World Cup qualifiers this week and next.
The Liverpool playmaker has been withdrawn from Dunga's squad for Thursday's meeting with Copa America champions Chile in Santiago as well as next Tuesday's clash with in Venezuela in Fortaleza.
23-year-old Coutinho played a full 90 minutes in Sunday's 1-1 draw with Everton in the Merseyside derby but the Brazilian Football Confederation have confirmed that he will not travel to South America to link up with the group due to an unspecified injury.
Orlando City SC star Kaka has been brought in as Coutinho's replacement.
