Jordan Henderson and Daniel Sturridge are in doubt for Liverpool's meeting with Burnley this weekend.

Captain Henderson has missed the past two matches with a foot injury while striker Sturridge has also been absent for the past two outings due to a virus and hip problem.

The pair did not join the main Reds group for training on Wednesday meaning they are certainly under a cloud for Saturday's visit of Burnley to Anfield.

Jurgen Klopp's side are looking to establish themselves in the top four with a win over the Clarets having beaten Arsenal 3-1 last weekend.
