Liverpool have handed trials to young prospect Perr Schuurs.

The defender has shone this season with Fortuna Sittard and his form has earned himself an offer to trial with Liverpool, reports FootballScout24.

The Reds aren't the only European heavyweight keen on the 17 year-old.

Tottenham, RB Leipzig and PSV Eindhoven have also expressed interest in Schuurs.

However, Liverpool are set to take a first look at the youngster after making their approach.
