Liverpool defender Mamadou Sakho has been offered a new deal.
Le Parisien says the centre-back has been the subject of interest from both Roma and Bayer Leverkusen this summer after being left out of Brendan Rodgers' starting XI.
But Sakho now appears ready to stay at Anfield and accept a new deal with increased terms, earning him around £70,000-a-week.
Sakho had seemed to be keen on a move to ensure he gained first-team football ahead of next summer's European Championships, where he hopes to be picked for France.
