Liverpool assistant manager Steve Clarke is impressed by what he's seen from Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas.
At Chelsea he worked with Jose Mourinho when current manager, Villas-Boas, was also part of the backroom team.
"Jose has his own way of working and Andre will have learned from him having spent a lot of time in his company, but Andre has his own style and will certainly be his own man," Clarke told Chelsea TV.
"In a very short space of time he did a fantastic job at Porto. He has gone in at Chelsea and it is different challenge for him and I am sure he is enjoying it.
"He has put his own stamp on the team. They have probably been a little more open than they have been in recent years and they are scoring a lot of goals, and unusually for a Chelsea team they are conceding a few as well."
