Liverpool need to now focus on Champions League finish and FA Cup - Kuyt

Liverpool forward Dirk Kuyt has urged the team to kick on after claiming the Carling Cup last weekend.

The Reds lifted the first piece of silverware for the domestic season (apart from the Community Shield prior to the season beginning) last Sunday when they beat Cardiff City on penalties and now the Dutchman wants to focus on producing a fourth-place finish in the league and taking out the FA Cup after reaching the quarter-finals.

"We'll take all the positives from the final, but it was a few days ago and you have to move on," Kuyt told the club's official website.

"You're never satisfied if you're playing for this club - you always want to get more. That's what we want and we're all looking forward to the game.

"We are still alive in two competitions - the FA Cup and the race for fourth spot. If we win on Saturday we will be right back in it, so we know what we have to do.

"We were all delighted to get the trophy, we were all desperate to win one and hopefully we can win one more."
