Liverpool are eyeing Lille left-back Lucas Digne.
The Daily Star Sunday says the highly-promising Digne, 19, has been strongly linked with Manchester United and Manchester City.
But Liverpool have opened talks on a deal worth £8million, though no agreement has been reached.
